You asked and we've answered! After some months in the baking, we're proud to announce the launch of our new supplier app! This will provide a convenient way for suppliers to track sales and manage orders on-the-go. Free up your sales team from tedious admin tasks to focus on closing deals instead 😉
Here’s a list of the key features in the Supplier App: 1. Dashboard Get a quick overview of what’s happening for the day. See a list of recent orders made today and the day before, reopen draft orders and view total orders you’ve received this month as well as the numbers of deliveries scheduled.
2. View and respond to orders
At a glance, you can see the delivery date, order number, order status, acknowledgement status for each order and download a PDF version of the order. The orders are listed by the order date in both the Dashboard and ‘View All Orders’ pages.
3. Create orders for your buyers (upgrade required) As a supplier, you can now create orders on behalf of your buyers who are not placing orders on Zeemart, or are placing orders through other methods such as phone calls or WhatsApp. This way, all orders are recorded on a single platform for consolidated viewing and processing.
4. View your customers’ performance
Get the data you need most in 2 taps. Easily see who’s been ordering, and who’s not. Drill down into how much they’ve spent with you, and what they’ve been ordering.
