It's been a while...

Woah… has two months just flown by like that? We’ve certainly been heaps busy participating in various tech and trade shows, and also chipping away at our product. Here’s a short summary of some key highlights.

 

Echelon Summit 2017

We made the cut! Top 100 🙂


As one of the top 100 startups being featured, we were given a chance to participate in the “Fight Club” – Echelon’s version of the classic pitch battle.


Raj sportingly donned the unofficial Zeemart apron and spoke about the story of Death by a Thousand Cuts. Sadly, we didn’t make the cut (oops!) but it was all in good fun.

Specialty & Fine Food Asia 2017

Food, Glorious Food!



London’s premier fine food show makes its inaugural debut in Southeast Asia!


This being our first trade show, we lapped up the opportunity to network and mingle with buyers and suppliers from the region. The feedback and suggestions from seasoned industry players was extremely valuable and will help us to refine our platform to better serve the industry needs.

It's been a busy, productive two months for the team. Here are four more events in the past two months where we've participated.

 


Hyper Island Startup Conference


Zeemart was at Hyper Island’s Startup Conference with Sequoia Capital & 500 Startups. Raj and other industry folks shared learnings with the participants on building a successful startup.








ACE Food Tech Solutions


Held just a stone’s throw away from our office, ACE hosted over a 100 F&B buyers and suppliers to share about the latest trends and tech solutions for the F&B industry.








Disney Institute workshop (RAS)


Held at the Lifelong Learning Centre, we were invited to share more about our platform with Singapore’s leading F&B restaurateurs.









DBS Disrupt@The Bay

We’re honoured to be featured alongside apps such as Xero and TabSquare as one of the Top 10 Technology solutions for F&B.

Keith & William visited Krish and our development team in Coimbatore in July. Besides work, they also managed to check out some of the local sights, and savoured yummy treats, all recommended by Krish of course!
